Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who sees it and what rights you have. It is written for the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for people in the EU, the GDPR.

1.Who is responsible
The data controller is I Need Some.one (“we”, “us”), the operator of ineedsome.one. You can reach us about your data at support@ineedsome.one.
2.What we collect
- Account: email address, display name, username, country of residence, language, time zone and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Profile: what you choose to show (photo, about text, languages), your reviews and completion record.
- Wallet: your wallet address. Your keys stay on your device (or in your own wallet); we never see them.
- What you post: requests, offers, messages, files, proof and statements in disputes.
- Location: the place of a task (exact addresses are encrypted and shown only to the person you hire), live location if you choose to share it during a Deal, and location data in the photos you upload, which we keep privately as evidence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and security logs.
- Safety records: moderation results, reports, warnings and sanctions.
3.Why we use it
- To run the service and the Deals you enter (performance of our contract with you).
- To keep the platform safe: checking requests and messages, preventing fraud and deciding disputes (our legitimate interest, and the contract).
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records and answering lawful requests from authorities (legal obligation).
- To send you notifications, and push notifications if you allow them (contract, and your consent for push and live location, which you can withdraw at any time).
We do not sell your data. Only if you accept advertising cookies, we measure our own ads with Meta (see Cookies).
4.Automated checks
Requests, offers and profile texts are checked by automated systems, including AI models, for tasks we do not allow and for contact details. A request can be held for a moderator or rejected this way. You can ask for a person to look again, and a moderator decides in doubtful cases.
6.The blockchain is public
Wallet addresses, escrow amounts and transactions on the Base network are public and permanent. Nobody, including us, can delete them. The escrow stores only fingerprints of the terms and proof, not their content.
7.How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Messages, files, Deal and dispute records, moderation records and financial records are kept as evidence and for as long as the law requires, also after you close your account. When you close your account your profile is anonymised.
8.Your rights
Under KVKK (Article 11) and the GDPR you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, object to processing, ask how it is used and to whom it is sent, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Write to us at support@ineedsome.one; we answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
10.Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of exact addresses, access controls and logs of who reads what. Uploaded files are checked for type and size and served from a separate domain.
11.Children
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12.Changes
We will tell you about important changes to this policy before they apply.
